Country: DenmarkJoin us as our new CMO Manager…… to oversee our relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and to drive performance and create business partnerships that enable us to achieve our ambitious growth goals.Welcome to the Global CMO Management TeamYou will join the Global CMO Management team within Global Manufacturing, responsible for managing our external manufacturing footprint and virtual plant management.
The team in Europe consists of four other CMO Managers, each bringing their unique expertise. Our workplace fosters collaboration, innovation, and a supportive environment to help you grow in a mix of virtual and on-site interactions.In this role you’ll make an impact……by overseeing relationships with selected CMOs in Europe, ensuring our customers and internal manufacturing sites experience predictable operational processes that deliver the right product quality and service on time, in full, and at the right cost. You will, with stakeholders that both give and receive support, manage all aspects of CMO partnerships, from initiation to completion, and address any operational or partnership issues that arise.Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and managing risks associated with the CMO landscape and operational risks at individual CMOs. Finally, you will be part of creating a new regional team in Novonesis.Some of your key tasks will include
- Overseeing the overall relationship with CMOs, including contract compliance and performance monitoring
- Managing performance metrics through recurring review meetings
- Acting as an escalation point for function-to-function interactions with CMOs
- Coordinating and managing CMO partnerships across lifecycle stages
- Identifying and managing risks linked to the CMO landscape
Collaboration is key to our success, and you will work closely with stakeholders and functional experts within and outside of Global Operations, including local manufacturing sites, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Technical Process Management, R&D, Commercial Sales, and Finance, to deliver according to business requirements.To succeed you must…
…have a strong end-to-end supply chain understanding in a global context and excellent stakeholder management skills. We are seeking a candidate with:
- 5+ years of experience within supply chain, preferably in a regulated industry
- 3+ years of experience in CMO Management or other relevant partnership management
- Experience with GMP and cross-functional resolution of issues
- Experience in driving projects and change management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
