YOUR ROLE

  • Advising the business units and countries on credit management issues 
  • Ensures adherence & updates to global credit policy requirements 
  • Manages critical and risky customer portfolios and high-risk countries 
  • Optimises divisional and cross-divisional risk mitigation opportunities through appropriate solutions 
  • Oversees company business division & cross-divisional customer risk 
  • Tracks, analyses and optimises debtor and collection activities 
  • Negotiates, manages and optimises external financing solutions and risk protection 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of finance/controlling
  • Preferably initial experience in managing teams and projects 
  • Excellent English skills, knowledge of German is a big advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to develop innovative solutions
