Cloud Solution Engineer (Senior – SecOps Engineer)At nexxbiz, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud (native) infrastructure and automation capabilities that ensure a high-performing continuous delivery pipelines for our teams and customers, securely delivering SaaS services, deployment of new features, configurations, and updates multiple times a day. Your responsibilitiesIn short, you’ll engage with our software architects, engineers, and security officer to analyze the DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery Requirements of our platform. You then design and build suitable automation solutions using a programmatic approach.

• Participating in agile meetings and rituals (daily stand-up, refinement, demo, retrospective).
• Organizing and leading design workshops & stakeholder interviews to better understand the problems.
• Collaborating in research and composition of technical design documents.
• Building and configuring infrastructure and software delivery automation solutions and pipelines.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and improving platforms quality aspects such as, Security, Availability, Reliability, Recoverability.
• Applying Site Reliability Engineering best practices to improve platforms reliability and performance.
• Extending and enhancing back-up and disaster recovery solutions.
• Improving operational processes, such as, alert management, hosting capacity and cost management.

What do we expect you to bring to the table?

• You have a passion for information technology and the know-how to translate business processes into IT solutions.
• You have > 5 years of relevant experience in Software Development, DevOps Engineering, solution/enterprise architect.
• You have experience in an Agile environment in a role where you inspire, prioritize, and work with various stakeholders.
• You are a tactical doer! In addition to conceptual and analytic thinking, you also know how to realize it.
• You are organization-sensitive. You can quickly empathize with the challenges of an organization; you know how to adapt quickly to the culture, and you are part of the team.
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO) in a technical discipline, preferably in Information Technology.

• You know how to translate both problems and strategic issues into IT solution directions and can engage in building/configuring it.

Required IT Experience

• Adequate experience setting up and maintaining Cloud Native cloud architecture using Kubernetes, Helm, etc.
• Adequate experience and knowledge about Enterprise Infrastructure, Network, User, and Application security.
• Adequate experience with designing and building Cloud (Native) Infrastructure.
• Adequate Scripting skills in languages, such as Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.
• Adequate experience with Continuous Delivery frameworks and Git practices (GitOps), such as Argo, Flux, etc.
• Sufficient experience with Infrastructure as Code and dynamic resource management frameworks, such as Terraform.

• Setup and maintenance of Linux based Environments
• Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
• Microsoft AKS
• Identity and Access Management with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
