We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Modern Work, who is passionate about driving our customers’ business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements. Our Cluster team supports customers across 4 countries: Austria, Finland, Ireland and Portugal so readiness to travel is a must.   • Leverage M365 expertise to gather customer insights to map solutions and services with customer business outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve customer solutions and position services to help customers to achieve their objectives.
  • Help accelerate intent, enablement and usage of M365 and Copilot through Value Based Deliveries and repeatable IP.
  • Support customer skilling by delivering technical discussions, workshops, etc. that enable operational health and to ensure customers understand Microsoft’s M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technology. Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience.
  • Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
  • Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.
  • Technical Leadership: Learn It All: Demonstrate Self Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals
  • Accelerate Customer Outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.

Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) AND several years of experience in Modern Work / M365
  • Breadth of technical experience and knowledge, with depth / SME in Intune
  • Fluency in German AND English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND working experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND working experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable working experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • Demonstrable experience working on technical projects
  • Breadth of technical experience and knowledge, with depth / SME in two or more of the following M365 solutions
  • SharePoint Online
  • Teams
  • Viva
  • Copilot for M365
  • Windows 11 and W365
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g. M365, Azure, security certifications)
  • Collaboration and Communication: Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences

The salary for this role is starting from 65,000 euros per annum depending on experience.
