In this energetic environment, you’ll experience rapid progress and innovation, making every challenge an opportunity for growth.The Security & Modern Work Team is part of our Customer Success Unit (CSU), working closely with the Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) to help our customers on their cloud journey. This is a customer-facing role, owning the Copilot for M365 focused relationship and strategy between the customer and Microsoft, as well as customer engagements, including adoption, change management, and operational health.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, proofs of concept, and workshops to showcase Copilot for Microsoft 365, emphasizing the benefits and strategies for successful adoption and change management.

• Actively engage with business and technical decision-makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of Copilot for Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the benefits for our customers.

• Work with customers to extend Copilot and identify initial business processes, focusing on how these processes can be optimized through effective adoption and change management.

• Assist customers in developing a robust adoption and change management plan to realize the full value of their investment in Copilot for Microsoft 365, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and onboard.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and related areas such as security and adoption and change management, to provide the best possible guidance to customers.

Qualifications:To be successful as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Copilot for Microsoft 365, we would like you to meet some of the qualifications below:

• Experience in implementing and deploying technology solutions with significant organizational change management impact.

• Proven ability to lead and drive adoption and change management activities based on a widely recognized approach like PROSCI.

• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for Microsoft 365.

• One or more relevant certifications.

• Technical expertise in some of the Microsoft Modern Work suite of products.

• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite with customers located all over Denmark.
