As a Process Analyst, you’ll be involved in projects that aim to enhancing quality, streamlining operations, and reducing errors within our Cloud Marketplace.In this role, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, sales teams, IT, and customers, to gather and analyze data, providing valuable recommendations. You’ll ensure our TD SYNNEX Country sales teams offer top-notch service and work closely with vendors for seamless platform utilization.You’ll help to design innovative processes, like automated billing and procurement systems, while analyzing and improving existing processes. You’ll also contribute to quality improvement projects and document business processes.Our team’s mission includes rolling out various Cloud solutions across 21+ European countries. Join us now and make a difference in the IT world together with our Cloud Systems & Services team.Responsibilities:Mapping of process flows across Operations teams, the collection, documentation and analysis of data, the identification of process gaps and support of process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficienciesCreate process maps and document key business requirements needed to evaluate opportunitiesCreate value stream maps to identify and highlight potential areas of improvementCoordinate and facilitate cross-functional / cross-organization meetings between stakeholders on various end-to-end business processesConduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies by examining material flow, scheduling, production capacity, constraints.Document Operational “As-is” processes and the desired “Future State” processes.Define SLAs and measure resultsDeploy new operational processes and escalate them as needed.Maintain, manage and constantly improve central processesDocument all process accordingly: Ensure all necessary procedures and management processes are implemented to guarantee homogeneous and up-to-standard across locations within regional scopeEnsure appropriate training and self–actualization of skills for all staff for new processes or with outsourced partiesManage constant communication with countries and other stakeholders around processes

Desired Knowledge Skills and ExperienceExcellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English language, additional European languages are a plus.Proficient Microsoft Excel knowledgeExceptional customer service orientationAbility to work autonomously and independentlyAn out of the box thinking mentalityBe proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow-charting and process diagrammingProject Experience of Software Licensing, Support, or Customer Service functions are a definite advantageUnderstanding of the IT Software / Services / SaaS industry are helpfulIT Channel experience, Pan European distributors or Software vendor are a plusKnowledge of finance and accounting processes is a plusInterested to learn more?
