And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you’ll keep learning exciting new approaches.About the roleAs a Project Manager – Data Centre and Cloud, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to our data center and cloud initiatives. This includes hardware refreshes, networking, storage, virtualization, domain controllers, and other critical infrastructure projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Your responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting professional development and high performance.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee projects related to hardware refresh, networking, domain controllers, and other data center/cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
• Implement QA processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement areas.

The experience we’re looking for

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on data center and cloud projects.
• Track record of leading projects involving IT infrastructure across cloud and data center
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud infrastructure technologies, networking and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
