This role will ensure that clinical supplies for studies are provided on time and in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong collaboration across various functions and levels within the organization.Responsibilities:

• Advance study-specific Investigational Product Supply Plans.
• Assist with Pharmacy Manuals and supply-related training materials.
• Manage supply planning and forecasting to align with study activities and timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels throughout the trial to proactively avoid potential issues.
• Collaborate with CMC, study teams, and vendors to ensure proper distribution of supplies to study sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party packaging, distribution, and storage vendors.
• Manage approval of packaging and logistics service agreements and study-specific plans.
• Design, review, and coordinate approval of investigational supply label text and proofs to meet country-specific language, translations, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong documentation experience in cGMP and SOX compliant work places.
• Be organised with excellent planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-up skills.
• Experience managing complex schedules and priorities with keen attention to detail.
