Clinical & Sales Manager – Austria
About the Role

Your Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
Provide hands-on clinical support to physicians and nursing staff during interventional procedures (e.g. TAVI, DES, imaging).

Conduct product trainings, workshops, onboarding sessions, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
*
Ensure correct and effective product use while collecting valuable clinical feedback in close collaboration with Medical Affairs and Product Management.
*
Support clinical study sites in coordination with Clinical Affairs.
*
Represent the organization at congresses, trainings, and medical education events.
Sales & Market Development
Take ownership of revenue, market share, and growth targets within your assigned territory in Austria.
*
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, cath lab teams, procurement, and hospital management.
*
Analyze market dynamics, identify new business opportunities, and implement targeted sales strategies.
*
Deliver professional product presentations, support tenders, and contribute to contract negotiations.
*
Plan and execute regional workshops, customer events, and hospital visits.
Your Profile
Degree in medical technology, nursing, life sciences, or a comparable field.
*
Several years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or a clinical cardiovascular environment.
*
Experience in medical device sales or a strong motivation to transition into a commercial role.
*
Confident and professional presence in clinical environments with excellent communication skills.
*
Structured, self-driven working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
*
High willingness to travel within Austria.
*
Very good German skills and good command of English.
