AL Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a CRA, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulations, and timelines. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medical research and make a difference in patients’ lives.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Perform source data verification and review study documentation
• Monitor study drug supply and accountability
• Track and report patient enrollment and study progress

RequirementsRequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel to study sites within Italy
