With an established presence across Asia-Pacific and North America, they are now expanding their European footprint and investing in an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead this next chapter. You’ll join a people-focused, award-winning employer that backs your development with structured mentorship, leadership pathways, and exposure to complex, international oncology clinical trials.
This position is remote and can be based in Poland, Austria, France and Germany.
Benefits
* Remote-first flexibility with real autonomy: work fully remotely within the UK, supported by a flexible benefits framework designed to help you build a sustainable work-life balance.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of international clinical trials, with a particular focus on supporting and growing the European region while improving patient outcomes worldwide.
* Work on interesting and challenging early phase clinical trials
Role Responsibilities
* Lead global and European clinical projects end-to-end: own planning, execution, and delivery of international clinical trials, helping to strengthen and scale the organisation’s European operations while meeting quality, timeline, and budget goals.
* Be the primary sponsor interface: act as the key client contact, driving governance meetings, managing expectations, overseeing budgets and risk management, and building strong, long-term sponsor partnerships in Europe and beyond.
* Drive team leadership and process excellence: lead and mentor global clinical project teams, including Associate Project Managers, while contributing to SOP and process improvements that support efficient, high-quality growth across the expanding European portfolio.
Requirements
* Multiple years of clinical Project Management experience (from start-up to close-out)
* Significant experience managing global or regional clinical trials within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
* Strong experience with general medicine and gene therapy studies or similar complex studies
* Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, forecasting, risk management, and change orders.
* Comprehensive understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, including site start-up, monitoring, recruitment, study close-out, and audit readiness.
* Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, global regulatory requirements, and clinical trial management systems (e.g. CTMS, eTMF).
