Clinical Presales ConsultantThe Clinical Presales Consultant supports the business at European level. The Clinical Presales Consultant acts as the main contact person to the local organisations for application presales support, for application aspects during the project delivery phase, for customer trainings and follow up.As a key member of the Marketing IT Europe team, the Clinical Presales Consultant:

  • ensures the liaison between the countries SSU and the product centers in HQ, by supporting the regional countries presales consultants and account manager on application/workflow questions, demonstrations, and RFP replies
  • interacts with customers, partners and other external or internal stakeholders during the sales and after sales process
  • is the author of e-learnings including creating content, editing and redacting of trainings targeting the end-users of Enterprise Imaging
  • executes workflow analysis related to the Agfa HealthCare Imaging IT solutions, document these workflows, map the workflows on the capabilities of Enterprise Imaging, Scheduling, RIS and other components of the IITS solution stack and develops workarounds if necessary
  • assists in the implementation of the Enterprise Imaging solution from a functional perspective, including application configuration, user training and follow up
  • provides input in the roadmap and develops skills in the organization in accordance with the product portfolio and the market requirements

Key responsibilities:A successful Clinical Presales Consultant will:

  • develop deep application knowledge of the Agfa HealthCare Imaging IT solutions
  • create e-learnings to ensure that our e-learning platform is up to date with content according to our actual SW versions.
  • understand the business and workflow aspects of the Radiology/Cardiology IT & Enterprise Imaging projects
  • have the ability to demo the solution according to customers’ needs and required workflows
  • exhibit in-depth and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of AGFA’s internal processes including Solution Launch Process (SLP) and Quality Management System
  • maintain positive working relationships with representatives of Agfa Healthcare’s local and global professional services and service organization

Ability to travel throughout Europe, including overnight travel up to 30% of the time, as appropriate.What you bring to the table:

  • Profound general & medical IT knowledge.
  • University or college education in healthcare- related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good understanding of Radiology and Cardiology workflows in a multi-stakeholder environment, including:
  • deep understanding of hospital workflows
  • setup and configuration of the products
  • demonstration of the products
  • strong application demonstration skills
  • end user training
  • Demonstration of personal assets and characteristics including:
  • ability to handle stress and conflict situations
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to network in a global environment, and build relationships with geographically remote personnel
  • customer orientation
  • Experience in healthcare environment is an asset.
