We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Clinical Partnerships and Innovation Lead to join our team. This role will focus on managing collaborations with leading pharmaceutical companies and international academic consortia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, extensive clinical research experience, and a drive to modernize research processes.Your daily responsibilities & routineScope and manage projects after signature by the Life Sciences team, with maximum value delivery to all stakeholdersAdvise Life Sciences team to build project before signatureManage strategic partnerships with top pharmaceutical companies, focusing on oncology first and gradually expanding to other Resilience Therapeutic AreasServe as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional relationship management.Coordinate international clinical trial projects from Phase I to IV in collaboration with Clinical Development and OperationsSeek and implement innovations to improve clinical trials operations efficiencyMonitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.✨Your Team🤗 Your Team members :Lucas is at Resilience from almost the beginning. Sa plateforme de télésurveillance Resilience PRO, dispositif médical de classe IIa, permet aux professionnels de santé de mieux comprendre et suivre leurs patients à distance afin d’améliorer leur prise en charge.Déployée auprès de plus de 4000 patients atteints de cancer à travers plus de 50 centres partenaires en France et en Belgique, Resilience souhaite construire un nouveau standard de soins en oncologie et devenir un leader européen.En 2023, Resilience devient la première solution de télésurveillance en oncologie à obtenir un remboursement en nom de marque par l’HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé) et accélère son déploiement en immunologie avec l’acquisition de Guty Care, entreprise française de télésurveillance en
immunologie proposant des solutions dédiées aux Maladies Inflammatoires Chroniques de l’Intestin
