We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Clinical Partnerships and Innovation Lead to join our team. This role will focus on managing collaborations with leading pharmaceutical companies and international academic consortia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, extensive clinical research experience, and a drive to modernize research processes.Your daily responsibilities & routineScope and manage projects after signature by the Life Sciences team, with maximum value delivery to all stakeholdersAdvise Life Sciences team to build project before signatureManage strategic partnerships with top pharmaceutical companies, focusing on oncology first and gradually expanding to other Resilience Therapeutic AreasServe as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional relationship management.Coordinate international clinical trial projects from Phase I to IV in collaboration with Clinical Development and OperationsSeek and implement innovations to improve clinical trials operations efficiencyMonitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.✹Your TeamđŸ€— Your Team members :Lucas is at Resilience from almost the beginning.
