Our client, a small personable CRO, has a well-known pharmaceutical client who is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Lead to join their dynamic team in Brussels. With a strong rapport already established with this client, your transition into the role will be seamless and stress-free. This role would be a perfect transition from a CRA role where you can coordinate more internally and you don’t have to travel around anymore which will improve your work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

– Lead a team of CRA’s and manage clinical trials effectively, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines

– Oversee the planning and execution of study activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and SOPs

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, utilizing your strong leadership and communication skills

Requirements:

– Scientific Degree

– Several years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with experience in leading CRA’s (Lead CRA)

– Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English languages
