This is a temporary position with a duration of 1.5 years, based in Warsaw, Poland.
The Position
As a Clinical Medical Regulatory Assistant, you will effectively assist the CMR team in implementation of strategies to maximize potential of Novo Nordisk CMR business in Poland. You will also provide assistant services to CMR Director, Medical Director, Medical &Clinical Managers, Regulatory Manager, Project Manager in CMR.
Your main accountabilities will be:
-Logistics and coordination of internal and external meetings, conferences in cooperation with projects managers as well as managing calendar of the internal and external events (local and international).
-Supporting the CMR Senior Director in calendar management, projects execution and ad hoc requests.
Registration of incoming invoices and agreements, providing description and processing them through the relevant approval system.
-Printed documents preparation and presentation for the meetings as requested as well as preparation of Concur Expense report for the Head of the Department.
-Providing support with internal communication activities and prepares and executes internal communication tasks including regular emailing activities, internal meeting schedules etc.
-Ensuring Purchase orders are in place.
Qualifications
The candidate is expected to hold a university degree and should have proven assistant experience for at least 1 year.
To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:
-Very good office management/organizational/communication skills.
-Ability to effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow up in timely manner and anticipate problems.
-Solid knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Fluency in English and Polish.

About the Department
The Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) department at Novo Nordisk is one of the most diverse and collaborative groups within the organization. From health-care-provider interactions and developing and implementing regulatory strategies, providing medical education, collecting data to support real world experience and support new product development through their life cycle. It provides clinical development, regulatory compliance, and it is responsible for medical support of marketed and non-marketed products of high quality.
