Centre of Teaching and Innovation Dentistry Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery

About the Roles

Applications are invited for part-time Clinical Lecturers in the Centre for Teaching and Innovation. A major aspect of the posts is to provide clinical teaching and support for the training of BDS undergraduates and DCP students providing oral surgery treatment. An appropriate honorary clinical contract will be requested from Barts Health NHS Trust and the successful applicant will be expected to take part in all aspects of clinical governance activities.

About You

These posts would be ideally suited to experienced dental practitioners with an interest in the education of dental students and clinical experience in the field of Oral Surgery. An appropriate honorary clinical contract will be requested from Barts Health NHS Trust and the successful applicant will be expected to take part in all aspects of clinical governance activities and participate in the QMUL staff appraisal scheme.

About the School/Department/Institute/Project

The Clinical Lecturer will contribute to the intellectual life of the School / Institute and wider institution. They will make contributions to student education and experience through curriculum development and the delivery of teaching activities in the subject area of restorative and emergency dental treatment.
