Job Summary:

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the role will be a clinical training expert on all ZOLL products and serve as a resource to the ZOLL Ventilation, Hospital and EMS sales teams, both direct and business partners where applicable. The role will be required to train customers and Business Partners as well as sales representatives, part-time clinical educators and other ZOLL staff in current resuscitation practices

Essential functions:

• Create customized product Training Programs for ZOLL Customers
• Perform product ‘Train the Trainer’ education for customers
• Conduct product End User Training
• Participate in, product related, Sales Training for new Territory Managers
• Act as ZOLL Liaison for all product training requirements during initial process
• Create, plan and execute customer hand off to ZOLL Support
• Participate in Marketing Feedback for continuous product enhancement
• Ability to recognize and escalate any potential issues to internal teams
• Act as a clinical expert of all ZOLL products, serving as a reference, resource, and educator for customer, ZOLL personnel and Business Partners
• Visit business partners (BPs) and customers, assist and support BPs to drive utilization

Qualifications

• Advanced/Critical Care Paramedic, Anaesthetics/ITU Nurse, ODP or Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting
• ALS/APLS certification, instructor level preferred
• Experience educating Health Care Providers
• Degree or equivalent in Business, Health Care, or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in health care industry.
• Experience with resuscitation and a passion for improving patient outcomes in hospitals.
