Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, contracted position for a Clinical Education Specialist who will be responsible for promoting, training, and supporting a client’s Haemofiltration product line. The role requires travel and flexibility, with the primary work location being customer sites.Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and support customers on the use of the client’s Haemofiltration equipment, including on-site clinical support during the trial phase and post-purchase study days.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Force to identify leads and generate sales of the client’s Haemofiltration consumables.
  • Develop and deliver innovative educational programs for the existing customer base.
  • Attend relevant exhibitions and industry events.
  • Manage expenses and travel extensively (approximately 30,000 km/year).
  • Participate in international travel and work extended hours, including weekends, when necessary.
  • Provide clinical support to customers regarding patients, both on-site and by phone.
  • Participate in quality management activities, including complaint and pharmacovigilance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 24 months of critical care experience.
  • Working knowledge of CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy).
  • Experience teaching and supporting in a classroom and clinical setting.
  • Relevant qualification in teaching and assessing, such as ENB100 or ENB998.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently but collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of good judgment, integrity, and respect for others.

Please note:

  • This role requires frequent travel and extended working hours, including weekends.
  • The job involves sitting for extended periods, traveling to presentations, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone is essential.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions is likely.
