Share your knowledge by demonstrating the possibilities, explaining the functionality, training users, customizing systems and advising customers / end-users on the most optimal configuration. In this technical but commercially aware environment, you will contribute indirectly to the service revenues and sales results by advising and promoting at site.

Your role:

  • Promoting “Philips Healthcare Product & Services” during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows;

  • Working as part of an account team to ensure modality results are reached according to account plans and targets;

  • Supporting new products launches;

  • Providing required applications report on completion of all application visits;

  • Training customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered solution;

  • (re-)Training hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment;

  • Setting up application training schedules in close cooperation with the customer;

  • Involving customers in the clinical education-program;

  • Conducting regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction;

  • Being aware and to manage at all times the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations. In the event of hazards or accidents, to take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office

  • Supporting and advising the sales force during acquisition;

  • Keeping up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant solution.

You’re the right fit if:

  • Bachelor degree in relevant medical field.

  • Relevant professional experience and up-to-date knowledge on operational level of all features of the equipment.

  • Experience as an ICU- or CCU-nurse is highly recommended.

  • Fluent in French and English, verbal and written.

  • Good in-depth knowledge of the system architecture and used technology.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Analytical skills, experience in the interpretation of the application results.

  • Be able to organize special trainings and to manage the customer to follow the training, and able to design specific training programs for operators.

  • Continuous drive for optimization and coming up with alternatives for better performance.
