Everything we do serves the purpose of engaging our clients and making their visit experience the best it can be. We strive to be the partner of choice for services sales organizations, and to enable top-line growth with our integrated support throughout the entire sales cycle.YOUR TASKSClient visit scheduling, managing the Visits’ DiaryBuilding the visit agenda in line with the key sales messagesCoordination of the visit deliverables (presentations, virtual office tours, sales materials, branding)Maintenance of the Client Visit Experience supporting toolsProviding necessary communication to Capgemini employees (regarding dress code, security policy reminder, etc.)Develop, manage and maintain effective working relationships with our stakeholdersYOUR PROFILEFluency in English (both written and oral) – B2/C1 levelExperience in Event/Project ManagementGood PC skills and working knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Word and MS ExcelAdvanced SharePoint and MS Teams skills and other MS applications (e.g. Sway)First class communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, natural “knowledge-sharer” * Ability to operate in international work environmentWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
