Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Client Solutions Manager to join our DACH Retail vertical team, focusing on omnichannel retail clients. As a CSM, you will build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement for top clients in the DACH omnichannel portfolio. With a passion for marketing, you will drive growth and innovation across the full marketing funnel.This position is a 12 months contract.

1. Meta full funnel marketing solutions expert: serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption

2. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

3. Advise clients on media and creative strategy, planning, measurement and optimization of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators

4. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client’s marketing objectives

5. Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, managing complex workstreams

6. Drive product innovation with internal teams & partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients

7. Manage internal account operations (delivery, troubleshooting, optimization opportunities)
