About the job Support Customer Service Team in the following activities: First level support (1-to-1) for all administrative queries for all Wholesale channels (IR MOB/MUB) e.g. missing/damaged parcels, product availability, credit and stock returns, orders and invoices etc. Orders (input/approve in SAP, backorders, invoicing, credit/debit notes, EDI order processing etc.), track deliveries for IR MOB and MUB accounts, as well as additional special processes required. Key users for B2C systems as SAP, SRP, EPOS and Kronos/Quinix Back-end activities for CRM systems, ensuring loyalty member data is checked, maintained and processed correctly. IR MOB/MUB stock recall or returns, from securing initial authorization and receipt of product, to the handling of correct input and approval in SAP. Providing feedback as well as any other on improvement areas. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fashion customer- and commercial focused retail environment or minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar customer service role in a Consumer Goods Business with SAP know-how Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong customer service focus and relationship building skills. Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change effectively. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Local language, English & Spanish proficiency skills Excel advanced skills
