We are looking for a Client Program Manager for one of our Key Clients!In the role of CPM, you will have the ownership of the operational strategy and translate the commitment to the customer in execution across Ocean and Logistics. You will also be responsible for implementing new and additional business with the customer. As CPM, you will apply awareness of the customer’s supply chain to drive improvements and efficiencies creating value to the customer and Maersk.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy

  • Understanding of the customer’s supply chain strategy and needs.
  • Supporting the CPD with input to the joint strategic roadmap.
  • Identifying efficiency and optimization initiatives to increase profitability /reduce cost to serve.
  • Digital transformation / new system implementation.
  • Creating a Maersk community around the account and create awareness of the customer.

Selling

  • Uncovering customer pain points/supply chain challenges and defining initiatives to address/eliminate same.

Delivering

  • Monitoring service delivery performance within the scope assigned (geographical/ products) and provide oversight to CPD.
  • Resolving operational escalations.
  • Engaging with 3rd Party / Non-Maersk partners (customer suppliers, partners, service providers and vendors)
  • Ensuring foundation in place to deliver (eg. SOPs / Origin Workshops etc.)
  • Supporting new/additional business implementation (incl. EDI etc.)
  • Ensuring FINOPS and relevant financial measures are effectively managed.

You will be accountable for

  • Customer Relationship (within the scope of coverage).
  • Global Customer Satisfaction.
  • Creating value for the customer (realization of existing contracts and new initiatives).
  • Creating value for Maersk (efficiency, automation, and standardization).
  • Developing and delivering new solutions in close collaboration with the commercial manager, ensuring seamless integration between program management, commercial, and product.
  • Oversight of the CT, developing the team, driving for excellence, and inspiring the CX and CT teams to consistently exceed service expectations.
  • Acting as an escalation point and leading solution development with the team
  • Seeking Area and GSC support for service execution/delivery.
  • Protecting CSI for third-party (non-Maersk) suppliers and partners.
  • Ensuring execution and reporting as per compliance requirements.
  • Complying with NNC guidelines.

  • Previous experience in CPM or another global role is preferred.
