In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth through existing accounts, and expanding our services by identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with client stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet their needs and objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to oversee project delivery, manage budgets, and analyze client usage. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client needs and objectives
- Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service on a daily basis
- Drive revenue growth by maximizing sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients
- Create business plans for current accounts and achieve sales/margin targets
- Direct the delivery of lease administration projects for assigned accounts, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
- Collaborate with the Transition team and Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients
- Monitor and analyze client usage of our products and services
- Serve as a go-to person and inspire other team members
- Foster a culture of creativity and drive changes to support business growth
- Facilitate synergy between Lease Administration Operations and Product teams
- Provide professional and informative presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in RFP/RFI processes, sales calls, and meetings with limited preparation time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
- Strong knowledge of the Lease Administration industry and related products/services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and track key account metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English and Polish is required, additional languages are a plus
- Experience with project management and budget management is preferred
