We’re hiring for a Client Executive to join and be part of the Kellanova Client Team in London.

Purpose of the Role

Kellanova are a dynamic and progressive FMCG company, with three business units: Cereals, K Snacks and Salty Snacks. Kellanova are a key client for Carat, annually we plan and buy over 90m+ Euros of media (50%+ in digital) for them across 29 markets, with a focus on the UK (largest market), Spain, Germany, France and Italy.

As Client Executive you would sit within the Cereals and K Snacks Market Planning team working across iconic brands like Kellogg’s Masterbrand, Special K and Rice Krispie Squares, working very closely with their Account Director and Account Manager to service our central clients, manage day-to-day account deliverables, and plan / launch / report on strategic media campaigns.

You’ll focus on best practise delivery of implementation planning and buying across all European markets, supporting the Account Director in all aspects of planning, launching, and reporting for their European client teams and working collaboratively with colleagues across local markets, digital buying hubs and the broader dentsu team to service client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in coordinating the team’s deliverables, ensuring all responses and updates are provided to our central teams in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Supports with general client liaison and administration, ensuring budgets are accurate and up to date for approval purposes.
  • Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with all local and specialist teams (e.g. markets across Europe and the digital hub team) to ensure media plans are updated regularly to accurately reflect their latest plans and collate post campaign performance reports.
  • Effectively brief local and hub teams on campaign activity and support in building out detailed, tactical plan recommendations and executing plans.
  • Support in the collation, review, and presentation of regular Kube performance presentations and create holistic media recommendations that deliver on Kellogg’s business objectives and reflect local market nuance.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Media experience ideally across Digital, TV and AV. Experience with media planning would be an advantage.
  • Able to build trusting, collaborative relationships with colleagues directly within the Kellanova team and across the wider dentsu network.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, driven to produce accurate & high quality work.
  • Can establish and maintain clear communications with your immediate team, local Carat teams, hub teams and central client contacts.
  • Comfortable liaising with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Curious and learning focused with a desire to stay up to date with Kellogg’s product portfolios and changes in the European media landscape.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
