A prestigious high-end aesthetics clinic and gallery in the heart of South Kensington, London, is seeking a warm, proactive, and polished Client & Brand Ambassador to represent their brand and deliver an exceptional in-studio experience. 

The Opportunity
As the Client & Brand Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a welcoming, personalised, and premium environment. This is not a traditional management or marketing role. Instead, it is a highly client-focused position centred on service, brand representation, and smooth day-to-day studio operations. 

This role is perfect for someone from luxury hospitality or high-end retail who takes pride in anticipating needs, maintaining beautiful spaces, and creating memorable experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver a warm, personalised welcome, greeting them by name and ensuring their comfort
– Act as the physical face of the brand, embodying its premium, discreet, and refined ethos
– Maintain the studio environment to impeccable standards, treating the space with care and ownership
– Engage naturally, building rapport and reinforcing a positive experience
– Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews in a subtle, professional manner
– Support marketing activity through digital execution using tools such as Canva and MailChimp
– Assist with soft sales, cross-selling, and partnerships in a non-aggressive, service-led style
– Support the founders with day-to-day operational tasks and occasional events

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Client & Brand Ambassador who brings personality, initiative, and presence. 

You will likely have:

– Experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, aesthetics, or a high-end client-facing environment
– A naturally warm, engaging, and confident communication style
– Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
– The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the space
– A proactive mindset, anticipating needs rather than waiting for instruction
– Basic digital skills and confidence using tools such as Canva or MailChimp
– A genuine interest in luxury, aesthetics, art, or lifestyle brands

What We Offer

– £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary plus the opportunity to earn commission based on sales results
– Full-time, on-site role in a prime South Kensington location
– Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
– Infrequent evening events (approximately every 6–8 weeks) and rare weekend pop-ups

Mandatory Requirements

– Live within commuting distance of Kensington, London
– Available to work full-time on site
