Your day at NTT DATA
The Client Acquisition Manager is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for pursuing, and landing identified and qualified sales leads and to hunt for new opportunities from a list of named account targets across all solutions.
This role identifies and aligns the most suitable value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures and revenue models for identified target markets to satisfy the needs of the client.
This role is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be:
First point of contact for the customers
Managing and growing relationships of a predefined list of prospects
Understanding customer requirements and providing the right support/products
First point of referral for queries or issues
Following up the orders/ deliveries/ operational issues
Working together with all the different stakeholders internally if needed to provide the best configuration of products/ maintenance/ support for the client
Working closely with presales and other internal teams
Driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process
Providing quotes to customers
Working closely with appropriate channel partners to develop & close business opportunities.
Working closely with vendors to achieve required results (obtaining discounts etc.)
Managing vendor costs vs margin
Using NTT’s sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast.
Forecasting in a timely manner within company guidelines
Ideal profile:
You have an entrepreneur spirit, are autonomous, organized, punctual and have a sense of responsibility.
You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong, and persistent. Understanding customer needs
You are a team player, driven to achieve results.
You can demonstrate a successful track record in sales (hunting), more specifically in the ICT sector
You show a real interest in discovering and understanding customer pains and needs
You are an expert in setting up relationships, you master cold calling, hunting & prospecting
Experience with CRM tool SFDC is a plus.
You hold passion, initiative, respect, and professionalism in high regard.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or are equivalent through experience.
You have a very good knowledge of French and Dutch complemented by a good knowledge of English.
