• 1 year of experience Transfer Agency,
• Experience Service Clients desired.
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in teams.
• Good editorial capacity
• Knowledge of Office Tools
• Proficient level of English
• Knowledge of Spanish/German/Italian is nice to have

Responsibilities:

• Attach procedures and rules in place in the service.
• Affirm knowledge of the systems used and of customers.
• Ensure receipt of calls on the AVAYA application and follow-up of all client requests (telephone, fax, email, mail)
• Insure dealing with customer dissatisfaction.
• Manage upward information to the Client Account Manager and the Team Manager for all customer complaints.
• Get telephone orders for funds authorizing this service.
• Ensuring the correct application of the tasks and controls listed in the checklists (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Dealing autonomously with all applications which do not require the involvement of operational teams within the deadlines set in the ALS
