Join us in shaping a brand-new, state-of-the-art purification facility as Cleaning in Place (CIP) Specialist— a rare opportunity to set new standards for excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Your new role

As a CIP Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining cleaning processes for manufacturing equipment. You will collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure cleaning procedures are effective, validated, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities:

-Design, implement, and improve CIP processes for manufacturing equipment
-Support validation activities and documentation related to cleaning procedures
-Troubleshoot cleaning issues and propose sustainable solutions
-Collaborate across departments to ensure cleaning standards are met
-Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory guidelines

Your skills and qualifications:

-Academic degree in engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field
-+ 6 years of experience working directly with CIP processes – including design, optimization, troubleshooting, and validation of cleaning systems.
-A strong understanding of GMP standards and regulatory requirements related to cleaning validation and hygiene.
-Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
-Full proficiency in English, Danish is an advantage
 

Moreover, the ideal candidates is proactive and quality-oriented, with a keen eye for details. The person possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and approach work with structure, precision, and accountability.
