Cleaning Supervisor – Guildford
Hours: 07:30 – 13:30 (Monday to Friday)
Location: Guildford
Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with COSHH regulations
* Manage stock levels and place orders for cleaning supplies as required
* Communicate effectively with the client (HMCTS) to ensure satisfaction
* Use company systems including phones and email for reporting and communication

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment is essential
* Strong understanding of COSHH and safe use of cleaning products
* Reliable, trustworthy team player with excellent leadership qualities
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with clients
* Basic IT skills for use of phones and email systems
