If you’re enthusiastic about organizational development, passioned about working with LEAN and thrive in a fast-paced international pharmaceutical environment, then you might be the perfect fit for the role of cLEAN® Partner for PP Business Support at our facility in Kalundborg.The PositionAs a cLEAN® Partner, you will not only act as a coach and strategic partner to our department leadership team, but also responsible for driving improvements on our LEAN systems and continuous improvement efforts. You will be instrumental in spearheading change management initiatives, guiding stakeholder engagement, and leading in solving complex departmental challenges.Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying, developing, and implementing new LEAN initiatives.
- Providing coaching and training to our leaders and employees.
- Driving our strategy process across the factory with our leadership group.
You will play a pivotal role as a project manager and facilitator, nurturing creative processes and driving optimization and change projects both locally and across the organization.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has:
- A relevant academic background, preferably at master’s level.
- Experience in change management and coaching across various organizational levels.
- Proven experience in working with LEAN.
- Proficient communication skills in English (oral and written).

We are working closely together with our colleagues across the factories.You will be a part of a Business Support department in one of our production facilities in Kalundborg, Denmark. The department is app. 100 highly engaged employees divided in 4 different teams.
