• ​Be responsible for the learning and achievements, promoting good progress and outcomes for all pupils.
• Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils. While creating a positive learning environment for all pupils including a high percentage of EAL.
• Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school,supporting the vision and ethos of the school
• Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community.
