Class 2 Driver

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Class 2 driver to join our home delivery team in Doncaster for our customer, Howdens. Rigid curtainsider multi drop delivery to stores.

You will be contracted to work 45 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, start time 05:30

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Responsible for the accurate, timely movement of multi drop and delivery of our customers’ products to stores who will unload items
• Providing excellent face to face customer service to customer
• Complying with all relevant legislation in line with Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive requirements
• Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others
• A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full UK driving licence with category Class 2 entitlement
• A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• Successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
