We are currently expanding our team with a dedicated and enthusiastic:Full-time Customer Care Operator NL & FR – with company car!Responsibilities:· You are the contact person for drivers from the moment they have an accident with their lease car.· You are administratively strong and have knowledge of administrative processes such as applying for new license plates, certificates, technical inspections, and necessary documents in general.· You pay extra attention to vehicle damages and ensure that drivers are mobile again as soon as possible through proactive follow-up.· You listen to drivers’ questions/problems regarding their damage file. Better yet: you are proactive. You solve problems before they occur and anticipate the unspoken wishes of the customer, making each customer an ambassador. You register all contacts in our real-time and transparent digital platform: UBench.· You provide information to drivers/customers, are excellent at dissecting files, providing good customer service, and are an administrative jack-of-all-trades.· You call drivers and proactively inform them about the status of their damage file.Requirements· Preferably in possession of a PCP certificate.· Bilingual: Dutch & French (other languages are a nice extra).· Customer-oriented mindset: empathy and anticipating the needs of drivers.· Communicative and good contact skills.
