TasksDuring your day-to-day:– You will be in charge of the management of documentation
– You will be scanning and validating necessary documents to process a claim
– You will be sending letters to customers for the claims management (documentation request, follow-ups, closing…)
– You will provide Customer service support: information about claim situation, insurance policy and other services
– You will update the information in company systems
– You will have other administrative tasks and collection managementRequirementsYou are the person we are looking for if:
– You have a native level of German and an advanced level of English
– You have at least one year of experience in administration
– You have MS office knowledge
– Your have good communication skills
– You have the ability to learn, analyse and resolve with criteria
– You have eye for details
– You are dynamic and pro-active
– You are Customer Service oriented
– You are organized, responsible and result orientatedBenefits
