Customer Journey Expert for Customer Data – Legal EntitiesCustomer Journey Expert for Customer Data – Digital Business BankingDigital Business Banking Tribe – Customer Data – Legal EntitiesYour role & work environmentYou will be part of the Customer Data area within the Digital Business Banking department. We provide our retail and business customers with digital and user-friendly processes to manage their data, while complying with relevant regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and KYC. We ensure that these data are well managed, up to date, and protected.Within this area, you will be in the centre of the Bank, serving both the internal and external worlds. As Customer Journey Expert, you will shape the digital evolution of customer data processes and applications. In everything you do, you will always keep the customer at heart.In the area, you will be part of the team managing the data of business banking customers. You will work on the project to keep the data of legal representatives of companies up-to-date in our customer database. This job combines both data analytics and process design and improvement. Additionally, you will elaborate or improve customer journeys for the management of business banking customers’ data.A day in the life of a Customer Journey Expert:Query, manipulate and analyse dataQuery data sources using SAS to create listings needed for data cleaningManipulate data to create data files which can be used to load into the databaseEnsure data qualityDesign, monitor and improve processes for managing dataMap processes and customer journeys related to the management of their dataAnalyse the customers’ needs and pain points with regards to the management of their dataFormulate viable solutions to improve the customer experienceCollaborate closely with IT engineers as one team (squad), to make things happen
