- Minimise use of virgin raw materials in new vehicle by maximising recycled content in design phase.
- Ensure Zero waste in manufacturing
- Maximise End of Life Vehicle (ELV) recycling by reintegration of this recycled material back into Toyota supply chain
This role is to act as a Pan-EU quality gate keeper for service and product quality of Circular Economy and Energy Business teams. It includes the initial PanEU assessment and quality framework establishment, the As-Is measurement and progress tracking of standardisation initiatives.Your responsibilities
- Investigation of Product As-Is condition.
- Definition role & responsibilities for service & product quality in line with the (FA05) quality management framework of Toyota
- Establishment of PanEU quality KPIs measuring customer feedback & voice – this should include the visualisation and standardisation as well as the definition of quality service improvement priorities
- Support creation of a Operations manual and escalation mechanisms to support the optimal usage of tools, services, evaluation and launch of new products.
- Provide project management leadership to enhance overall quality journey for CE & EB
- Establish and facilitate Project Steering Committees as required
- Drive EU and Local Hoshin project outcomes for quality in line with overall strategy
- Manage key relationships with Quality counterparts in Toyota group
Your Profile
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- University degree (Engineering/Quality Management)
- Min 3 years’ in a quality related role or a role involved with rigorous standardisation & KPI visualisation
- Knowledgeable and passion for: Circular economy, Energy & Sustainability
- Self Motivated – must be a self-starter, who is used to identifying the most effective way to approach and resolve issues, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Determined – ability to cope with setbacks and obstacles, using drive and enthusiasm to work within company policy and procedures to ensure that milestones and objectives are achieved.
- Build Relationships / Team Working – must be able to work effectively with colleagues and external suppliers, on a 1-2-1 basis and as part of a group or team.
