Church Development and Outreach Workers in Central France

A couple of ECM missionaries are active in central France, focussing on planting churches. This region has priority since for our mission as there are very few evangelical churches here. For Romorantin, Chinon Saintes and Montreuil Belay individuals or couples are required to help develop relatively young church plants (with old roots), enabling these churches to reach the next stage of maturity.

Qualities
You have a pastoral heart and you have good organisational skills. You relate easily to both Christians and non-Christians and you have experience in church leadership. You are an active member of your church. You speak French well or are willing to learn the language. The first year in the field may be spent language learning. Sufficient theological training is required. For those who have no experience in church planting or have experience outside of France, a special training adapted to the French context may be provided.
