Are you passionate about engaging churches and inspiring action to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name? Compassion UK is looking for a Church Advocacy Specialist to build meaningful relationships with church partners and coordinate volunteer speakers to share our mission.

Location: Office-Based, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 2UT

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of church partners, securing and coordinating speaking engagements.
• Identify and engage the most suitable Church Advocacy Speakers.
• Ensure resources are delivered and follow up on post-event outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance church engagement strategies.
• Uphold and promote Compassion UK’s Christian ethos and values.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven success in a target-driven sales role, exceeding performance goals.
• Confident in outbound calling and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong listening and persuasive communication skills.
• Highly organised, with effective workload management.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze insights and inform strategies.
• Understanding of UK churches, their structures, and denominational differences.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and numerical skills.

• CRM experience
