What you’ll build

Chief Partner Offices (CPO) will lead the Nordic and Baltic Partner Ecosystem team that focuses on SAP partner ecosystem development and strategic partner business growth across the whole product portfolio.

He/She supervises development of active and long-term partner relationships within the Market Unit and ensures effective joint business planning and execution with partners. This includes developing GTM approaches to create new pipeline and revenue streams, aligning SAP and partner stakeholders, developing and rolling out joint campaigns as well as deal­ support at key opportunities.

He/She acts as the partner ambassador within SAP and this role is the primary contact for all partner related activities within Nordic and Baltic.

Key responsibilities:

General Partner Management:

-Responsible for successfully meeting the targets of SAP’s partner business across all partner types:

-Service partners
-Resell (indirect sales) partners
-ISV partners
-Technology partners
-Optimizes partners’ engagement and investment in the SAP ecosystem and portfolio
-Envisions new strategies to better leverage and extend SAP’s ecosystem
-Responsible for consistently improving SAP’s partner management approach
-Ensures that partners and SAP teams operate in a professional and ethical manner and takes action if professionalism and ethics standards are not being met
-Manages multi-party stakeholder objectives to build sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships
 

Partner Revenue and Demand Generation:

-Responsible for the indirect (resell) business of SAP products across the whole solution portfolio together with Channel Director and Channel PBM’s
-Responsible for the co-sell of ISV partner solutions (solution extensions, endorsed apps and SAP store apps) through SAP’s own sales organization and SAP channels
-Ensures that partners’ overall demand generation plans align with SAP’s current go-to-market messaging
-Ensures forecast accuracy and sales linearity across resell and ISV partners. 
-Ensures that partners receive training to develop high level of sales skills to implement successful sales strategies and to successfully execute on individual opportunities
-Ensures identification of underperforming partners as well as corrective actions

What you bring

-­10+ years industry experience preferred. Minimum 5 years people management experience
-Strong experience in go to market strategy definition and execution
-Ability to articulate and position SAP value proposition to C-level audiences
-Understanding of alliance and partner dynamics
-­Knowledge of SAP portfolio and relevant markets
-Extensive network within SAP ecosystem a plus
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent
-Master Degree or equivalent (preferred)
