Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Manage and optimize on-site operations across global events, coordinating logistics, personnel, and technical requirements.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and achieve scalability;
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, market trends, and industry innovations;
  • Define and drive the strategic vision for logistics, ensuring efficient and cost-effective coordination of resources across all projects and locations;
  • Oversee purchasing strategies, focusing on vendor management, cost optimization, and sustainable procurement practices aligned with Comany’s operational goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the CEO, CFO and department heads to align financial planning, technology development, and service offerings;
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure operational standards, quality control, and compliance with local and international regulations in the sports technology sector;
  • Develop contingency and risk management plans for all operational scenarios.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Implement KPIs to measure and track operational effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed;
  • Provide regular reports to the CEO and board, outlining performance metrics, achievements, and improvement areas.

Cutting-edge company in the field of sports technology and media|Senior leadership roleThe ideal candidate will have a proven background in sports technology, media, or live event operations and bring a high level of business acumen, leadership, and cultural awareness.Must have:

  • 10+ years in operations, preferably within the sports technology, media, digital and live event management industries;
  • Proven track record of operational leadership in a multinational or fast-paced environment;
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, live broadcasting, and event technologies;
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving;
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively C-n multicultural environments;

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for events, client meetings, and site assessments.Location: Italy (or flexible with travel requirements).Our Client is a cutting-edge company in the field of sports technology and media.
