Then Rocco Forte hotels invites you to take the helm of our vital Engineering and Maintenance department as Chief Engineer.As an experienced, accredited engineer, you will ensure that all engineering and maintenance procedures are run flawlessly, on time and on budget — working with the hotel’s management team to facilitate the most comfortable, highest quality and safest stay for our guests.You will be fully conversant with current health and safety regulations, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of hotel maintenance and plant room equipment.You will manage and motivate a team, setting the highest professional standards as your monitor work and encourage progress. Together, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance work, inspecting and carrying out remedial work on all mechanical/electrical equipment.
