Is being part of an ever-changing work environment with high level of positive energy and complexity, something you can see yourself being part of?If yes, then join us and become a Senior/Chief Consultant in the Group COO Office!We are looking for a future colleague to assists us provide executive support to our Group Chief Operating Officer (Head of Technology & Services) and the Technology & Services leadership team. You will be working closely with colleagues who are advising and supporting at an executive level.You will be located in the new Danske Bank Domicile in central Copenhagen, Denmark.As a Senior/Chief Consultant your primary responsibilities will be:

• Ensure that the organisation is delivering on executive deliverables and key strategic priorities
• Ensure the Group Chief Operating Officer is prepared for meetings and events
• Lead the creation and planning of change, engagement and implementation activities towards the Technology & Services employees
• Structure, coordinate and develop events, deliveries and assignments to e.g., the Technology & Services leadership team, the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors
• Partner with colleagues across Technology & Services and rest of the Group to ensure execution of deliverables

Not two days will be the same and therefore your primary responsibilities will evolve with the diverse environment you will be working in.What we imagine about youWe are looking for someone who takes ownership, is proactive, consistent and effective. You will be working with in a highly detail-oriented, content-focused environment, with the goal to deliver on both short- and long-term assignments simultaneously. To be qualified in this position, you should have 3-7 years experience from a mix between project management, strategy or IT and you have relevant experience as a senior or chief consultant, business analyst or similar roles. You most likely have an academic degree in finance, business administration, IT or similar.

• You have high interpersonal skills with great communication and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of comfort with business, technical and executive audiences.
• You possess a strong analytical and methodological toolbox with the ability to establish structure and communicate complex matters and not afraid to prepare to do good work to deep-dive into topics as needed.
• You are team oriented by heart, who brings a positive energy to the team. You have the ability to energies and motivate others, creating a diverse and collaborative work environment
