With their established user base spanning over 50 countries and partnerships with over 400 universities, you’ll be at the helm of a company poised for exponential growth and impact.responsibilities:- Lead daily operations at Optum CE, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation.
– Develop and execute strategies to enhance commercial performance, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.
– Establish satellite offices across key markets, starting with Germany, England, India, and Scandinavia, to expand our global footprint.
– Build and nurture a high-performing global sales organisation, equipped to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.experience:- Proven track record in building commercial excellence within a complex software organisation, with a focus on strategic sales and solution selling.
– Experience in selling simulation software for construction or machinery, particularly in the geotechnical and concrete sectors.
– Strong understanding of geotechnical and concrete calculation software, with a keen eye for industry trends and customer needs.
