Bring your can-do attitude and transformational mind-set to the Markets Post Trade Services Tribe and join our great team as a Chief Business Analyst in Danske Bank, Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I).The Markets Post Trade Services Tribe plays an important role in Danske Bank being able to provide our large corporates and institutions with trade services to support their life-cycle management of financial markets transactions. You will work together with dedicated colleagues in a global team characterised by an inclusive and caring culture.This role is placed in our Asset Service squad. As a Business Analyst in Asset Services, your primary focus will be on the ongoing development of our strategic Corporate Actions system. Working within a cluster of Agile squads, your squad takes charge of implementing the strategic system in phases whilst handling large system improvements and adapting to market changes. You will have the opportunity to leverage your Corporate Action and Asset Service implementation experience to navigate seamlessly between Business, IT, and the system vendor (S&P).You will:

  • Analyze and build solutions collaboratively, identifying business opportunities through customer, stakeholder, and market analysis
  • Gather solution requirements encompassing user experience, system design, communication, legal, and compliance
  • Lead corporate actions system development project
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to prioritize work and refine user stories, supporting development from customer needs to implementation

About you:

  • 4+ years of proven experience and passion for Corporate Actions
  • Experience in project management in Corporate Actions area
  • Solid interpersonal skills and always looking for win-win opportunities to make the best possible solutions from our users
  • Ability to thrive in a team-centric environment responsible for key deliveries
  • Positive approach to change and the ability to influence others
  • Demonstrated experience in leading improvements and learning from failures
  • You like to embrace change positively and wield influence both within and outside the team
  • Advanced English skills
