We are looking for a passionate and energetic Chemistry Teacher to work with hardworking science departments across Plymouth schools starting in September.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide KS3, KS4, and KS5 pupils with stimulating and demanding lessons.
* Encourage a passion for chemistry by using cutting-edge instructional strategies and hands-on experiments.
* Assist and mentor students to reach their full academic potential.
* Together with a gifted group of educators, create and carry out successful lesson plans.
* Engage in extracurricular pursuits and make a positive impact on the school community.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (willing to get one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Must provide 2 proven professional references.
* A degree in chemistry or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching chemistry at the secondary level.
* Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student achievement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
