As a Chef Manager at Sodexo in Normand Croft Community School – London, you’ll oversee the hospitality staff within our prestigious school, ensuring our vibrant meals are served with a smile and the kitchen runs smoothly. What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee the setup and serving of hot and/or cold foods from counters and steamtables 
  • Ensuring equipment and workstations is sanitized
  • Overseeing the replenishment of food from counters and steam table and break down stations at the end of meal periods 

What you bring: 

  • Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others 
  • Basic food-handling skills 
  • Food safety and health and safety qualifications
  • Have previous supervisory experience.
