We are looking for an energetic Chef de Rang to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will ensure that the team is delivering an exceptional level of service with great attention to detail and outstanding guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests and their requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good relationships.
• Ensure regular guests are recognized and greeted accordingly.
• Assists to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
• Preparation of the mise en place for each meal period and to make sure that everything required during service and for the next shift is ready.
