Salary: £36,324 plus service charge based on a 39 hour week

This role is for Main kitchen and Room service.

What will I be doing as a Banqueting Chef de Partie?

• Work the banqueting kitchen
• Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team
• Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
• Prepare and present high quality food

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie
• Approaches food in a creative way
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
