Position: Chef de Partie
Salary: A‚¬2400-A‚¬3000 + 8% holiday allowance + bonus scheme profit share
Location: Amsterdam

About Us: Join the largest F&B team in Amsterdam at a luxurious 5-star hotel known for its fine dining and exceptional culinary experiences. Our hotel features Japanese-style banquets, international chefs, and one of the largest banqueting spaces in Amsterdam.

Main Responsibilities:

* Prepare meals according to recipes and planning.
* Perform mise en place activities such as washing and cutting ingredients.
* Ensure continuity and sufficient supply for banqueting and buffets.
* Maintain cleanliness of your working environment, equipment, and materials.
* Oversee the assigned partie and develop new menu items.
* Monitor and adjust the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes.
* Judge the quality and freshness of ingredients.
* Guide and advise staff members and trainees.
* Plan and assign tasks, providing clear instructions.
* Ensure hygiene and cleaning standards are met.
* Manage food and supply costs, ensuring efficiency.
* Receive, check, and store ordered food items and supplies.
* Identify and communicate details and shortcomings to the (Executive) Chef.
* Make menu development suggestions.
* Execute all relevant tasks as needed.
